Anea Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Ordering a size that does not fit does not automatically mean that a product is defective or incorrect when the product received matches the size ordered.

Eligible sizing-related returns are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Anea Store reserves the right to accept or decline an order when permitted by applicable law.

An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with the order.

Returns and Refunds

We maintain a separate Refund & Return Policy that governs eligible returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs, non-returnable products, refunds, and related matters.

Our standard return period is 30 days after receiving an eligible item, subject to the requirements, exclusions, and applicable legal rights described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending merchandise back.

Do not send merchandise to an address appearing on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Certain products may be shipped by third-party fulfillment partners, and an original shipping address may not be an authorized return location.

For eligible preference-based returns, including certain wrong-size or change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

When an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will address applicable return shipping costs according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to reject returns or refund requests that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or inconsistent with our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Return Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, fulfillment partner, customs processing, holidays, weather, supplier availability, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, fulfillment providers, or events outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Third-Party and Dropshipping Fulfillment

Certain products offered through our store may be stored, processed, fulfilled, or shipped directly to customers by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

Products may therefore originate from different fulfillment locations.

Use of third-party fulfillment does not alter any consumer rights that apply to your purchase from Anea Store.

Separate Packages

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, products from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing.

Where available, separate tracking information may be provided.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, our ability to provide a replacement or refund may be limited, except where otherwise required by law.

Lost, Stolen, Missing or Delivered Packages

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or tracking indicates “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may review available tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the applicable carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate.

We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate a claim, including order information, confirmation of the shipping address, photographs, or other relevant information.

A carrier's “Delivered” status may be considered during our review but does not automatically determine the outcome of a claim.

Claims involving suspected theft, fraud, or unusual circumstances may require additional verification.

Any replacement, refund, or other resolution will be determined according to the circumstances, our applicable policies, carrier or supplier information, and applicable law.

International Shipping, Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges associated with their order.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

Anea Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with Anea Store.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Anea Store, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process information relating to your access to and use of the Services.

  • Engage in repeated or excessive return, refund, replacement, chargeback, or delivery claims that we reasonably determine indicate fraud or abuse.

Fraud and Abuse Investigations

When we reasonably suspect fraud, deception, or abuse, we may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction or claim.

This may include photographs of the product and packaging, shipping labels, order information, tracking information, proof of purchase, or other information relevant to the claim.

Where appropriate, we may also review information available from our payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, fraud-prevention providers, or other service providers, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Actions We May Take

Where permitted by applicable law, if we reasonably determine that fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity has occurred, we reserve the right to:

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

Nothing in this Section 13 is intended to restrict, waive, or eliminate any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Automated or semi-automated systems accessing our Services must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any technical restrictions we implement.

Automated systems must not circumvent security measures, CAPTCHAs, access restrictions, or systems intended to prevent unauthorized automated activity.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION EXCLUDES WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANEA STORE AND ITS APPLICABLE AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
